Billing & Subscriptions

What you can do in Billing​

  • View subscription status (trial/active/canceled)
  • View invoices and download PDFs
  • View one-time payments receipts
  • Open the Stripe portal to manage payment methods

Stripe portal​

Use Open Stripe portal to:

  • Update card / payment method
  • Update billing details
  • Fix a failed payment

Subscription statuses​

  • Trial: free trial is active
  • Active: subscription is paid and active
  • Canceled: subscription ended
  • Past due / Unpaid: payment failed, action required

If you see an “Open” invoice​

Click Pay on the invoice row or open the Stripe portal.
